At this meeting, we discussed our club t-shirt design and talk about plans for Mother's Day Cards! Our inspiration of the week was Emma Watson, who is the UN Women Goodwill Ambassador, and we discussed her beliefs about what the future should look like for men and women alike. If you would like to help design cards, we will be meeting next week in C103 to work on that!

Hellooo :)
At our second meeting, I'd say we took a huge step of faith. After Kamya and I went over the presentation, GEP collectively played a game called the "Yarn game", which is meant to show us that we are all connected in one way or another, and that we all have each other as pillars of support. We created a big web of connectivity, which was so nice to look at <3
I also told everyone why we are pushing back fundraising: because I felt that we should focus on ourselves first and foremost, and also because this is a very new club and Kamya and I need some time to settle in, if that makes sense. However, we are very open to any ideas! Of fundraising or anything. Please talk to us if you want to get something done.
The next meeting is on 11/21.
First meeting 10/24

Hi everyone! It was so good to see all of you at the meeting. Thank you for coming and checking it out. For those who couldn't make it, everything we covered is in the presentation. Don't hesitate to spread the word to anyone who would be interested in this club. Feel free to send them this website. If they want to join, tell me their emails so I can add them to the emailing list.
Kamya and I want to hear what you guys have in mind. Notice how this is a vague statement. You guys can tell us anything; including suggestions, questions, topics you think we should cover, pitch an activity, etc. This is not just our club to control! We want it to be a fun and personal experience for everyone.
Our next meeting will be on November 7th in C103 (the same room). We will vote on which country we want to fundraise for and then do some activities which haven't been decided yet. If you have an idea for what we can do, then shoot us an email! See you all in 2 weeks!
